Payment Details
Payments online are made by debit/credit card at the checkout.
If you wish to pay by cheque you will need to pick up a form from the school reception and post it to Michael Hope (address is on the order form).
Orders can also be placed by telephone 01225 464648 during office hours Monday to Friday 9 to 5pm.
Delivery
Please allow about 1 week for your order ( it can be little longer in the busy season ( June - September)
There is no delivery charge for orders sent directly to the school.
There will be a charge of £5.00 ( £3 if only 1 or 2 ties) if items are delivered to an alternative UK address or a £3.00 charge to addresses local to us, BA1, BA2, SN12, SN13 and SN14 postcodes.
Returns and Exchanges
Unsuitable unworn items or faulty items may be returned for a refund or exchange providing we are notified within 30 days of the original delivery date.
If you need to return or exchange any item, please telephone us during our office hours i.e. Monday to Thursday 8 am to 5pm, Fridays 8-1pm or e-mail us with the details, we will then explain what needs to be done.
If you are unsure about which size to order please just order one size as an exchange is always possible.
